IISS (ICON Incentive Scoring System) is an AI-based evaluation system for an effective ICX allocation. The purpose of IISS is to explore the optimal incentive scheme to vitalize the ICON Republic. IISS produces I-Score, which functions as incentives in the ICON network in two ways. First, it is the base metric of determining a participant’s ICX earnings. Second, I-Score serves as a way to extend the influence of a corresponding C-Rep or P-Rep in the representation channel. Any participant can freely delegate their I-Score to a representative.
