C-Rep refers to a C-Node (Consensus Node) that represents a Community. C-Rep functions as a portal which connects a blockchain community to the ICON network and has voting rights in the Representation Channel. ICX incentives and voting rights are allocated to a C-Rep proportionately to its IISS score.
