Staking rewards are in the form of I-Score. In order to receive I-Score, an ICONist will need to delegate their ICX to Reps, EEPs and DApps. I-Score is then converted into ICX, where 1,000 I-Score = 1 ICX, from the Public Treasury. You can claim your ICX through the ICONex wallet.
